bluetooth connectivity (snap in adapter). bmw website differing from what BMW state

All, just bought a 530d msport and have a nokia 6303i phone. According to the bmw website, when I enter in my VIN, this phone is supported with everything including the main thing I was after, a snap in adapter.
However when I wanted to purchase said adapter, was told it was not compatible with my car , probbaly due to the combox.

so website seems inaccurate.
Is there another sorce for compatability? What are th service department refering to?

Anyone else encountered inaccuracies regarding informatio on bluetooth in particualr snap in adapters?
