Nope - it's about a 19GB download and 27GB extracted.
You should have 21 rar files at approx. 900MB each.....

Good to see everyone this morning, thanks again Guru for your help.

Shame it looks like the newest NBT doesn't like coding. I know that now, 6NR is no longer listed as a separate code, although you still get 6NR included as standard, so something has obviously changed and is preventing coding from happening successfully.

I hope there is a solution soon, but all the other things you coded are great, so thanks again! Look forward to the next meet up.

Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou gspannu

Everything working great, even started to update CIC Premium 2014.1 now - yes the FSC worked (no idea why it accepted it all of a sudden )

The only item that hasn't worked is the TV/DVD In Motion....

It was great to meet everyone today. Not the world's biggest car park, but still, seeing it half full of big beemers looked quite impressive.

gspannu, thanks so much for your expertise and time. My map update completed successfully without ever asking for a code. Took about 40 minutes, so all done by the time I got home. And your theory on the high-beam assist is so far holding true ... on the way home the lights came on, along with the high-beam assist. Yay.

Cheers,
niggle

Just finished the session... and am back home now.

It has been a long day but it pays for it all to see some smiling faces.

Glad to meet you all; and I hope each one of you had a good journey back home.reached

Apologies to all for whom some of the stuff did not work. I will continue to dig up more information, as and when I get some time.

Thank you a million times gspannu, hope it wasn't too exhausting for you, you're a star.
I'm back home now......phew, worth every mile driven! Nice to meet you all. Everything works - enhanced Bluetooth, DVD in motion, video via USB, dlr rears, locking/unlocking sound, ambient lighting tweak, radio off when opening door, stop start memory, fog lights as welcome lights, splash screen etc etc.
I haven't managed to get my messages and emails to show up yet but there are so many settings on the phone to check, it seems a bit of an issue with the iPhone 6, I will research it.

Thumbs up

Hi all,

It was great meeting you all, and of course, massive thanks to Guru, how incredibly nice of you to offer to spend an entire Sunday with a bunch of strangers and do all this for us free of charge. Incredible, and massively appreciated.

I'm yet to attempt to update the maps as I don't have a big enough USB stick, and it didn't seem it liked an SD card. But hopefully it will work.

The rest works great, except for that auto zoom function which never did anything, no matter what I tried. But I'm not massively fussed about it because you explained that even when it works, it doesn't seem to be very good.

We forgot to force Eco-pro mode always-on on engine start, but again, not a big deal.

Once again, thank you!

Vlad.

For attendees whose FSC map codes have not worked.

I think the car needs a bit of time to accept these codes. We have now had 2 instances today where the codes have failed initially and then magically worked a few hours later.

My suggestion is to wait a day, and then try the same code. A very good chance that it will work.
I think because we are programming the HUNBT/HUCIC units and trying the codes at the same time, it may be an issue. I think the car needs to reset its electronic modules and reload them for the codes to be accepted.
So, wait a day or so and then try the same codes again.

Please do post here if you do get the maps working.

Just tested mine again and can confirm that my maps have started to update, despite the code not working initially.

Hopefully we can suss out the issues with the latest software (MN-002.049.003)....

Thanks again gspannu!

My maps have now completed updating - now running Europe Premium 2014-1 on my CIC Professional Nav

We tried the FSC code twice during the session - each time it returned 'error - code not recognised' - but once back home a couple of hours later, I entered the FSC code again and it started updating.

Big thank to GSPANNU!!

Great meeting the other guys as well!

I'm sure I will be there for the next coding weekend as my car was too new to get some of the NBT features enabled, but more than happy with what was coded today.

I think this confirms my suspicion that when we are coding the HU unit, it needs a bit of rest before it will accept Map Update codes.

Extremely glad that the codes have worked for everyone now.

I'm sleeping happy tonight.

I will suss those bits out, will speak to a few people and try and figure out why we couldn't VO code the cars for EBT.

Good to read such positives from today's coding session, such a shame that I was unable to make it.

Hi izozzy, good to meet you today, if you don't mind, it would be good for you to PM me your VIN number so I can see if the NBT option codes are the same as mine and if you also have 6NR missing and see if we can narrow the issue down a bit?
