Max capacity for USB interface - center console

I am currently using a 4GB USB stick in the center console with some music albums on there. This is on it's last legs, so I was going to order a new one. I have seen that someone is using a SanDisk Cruzer Fit 16GB USB Flash Drive on a prior post.

I wanted to know: is anyone using a 32GB USB stick for their music or possibly, even higher capacity?

Cheers ...

Yeah. I have used 32GB Kingston usb for a while in my E90. It's fast enough and I'm satisfied with it.

Also using a 32gb with no issues except I'm sick of all the music I own.

Thanks to all for the replies.

I have ordered a SanDisk Cruzer Fit 16GB, as I can't seem to source a 32GB model that is UK based (my locale). The only 32GB model of this stick is in Hong Kong and I need the stick now, so going for this UK sourced 16GB. The good thing about the Cruzer Fit is: physically, it is very small. I think the problem with the 4GB one I am using at the moment, is; (i) it was a freebie (so much lower quality) and (ii) it is physically larger, so it's gets knocked with other items put in and taken out of the center console.

This made me laugh ... I have the same problem, as it can get very tiresome listening to the same music all the time. I think I'm going to raise a new thread in the "off topic" forums about what music people like driving to. This is clearly, a highly subjective subject, but if it generates a few decent album purchases for me, this has to be a good thing.

Cheers!

32gb here as well. My buddy uses a 128gb hard drive and works well, just a little slow for everything to load but other than that no problem

32GB is 500min of music. I would not have time to listen or to search something on it.

So the only chance of having album covers in the display is if you have the "USB connection for smartphones" option, right?
