Need your opinion on price

Need to know is this to much for a used F10 5 series 535xi with m sport pkg for $60k w/20k miles at carmax. I have spec\'d out the car on BMWusa web site and it came out little above $70k.

Do you think the price is far?

Sounds high to me. If a 2012 MSRP is $70 K, you should be able to buy a new one for $64 -$65 K with all of the current incentives.

$50K would be fair value. Max to offer would be $52.5K. Otherwise, keep looking or buy new.

Thanks everyone for your input. Wish I could make an offer at carmax but the have no haggle policy... Oh well I guess keep looking....
