Wastegate preloading procedure

I have been trying to find information on preloading my wastegate. I had my heat shield off today and noticed that both of my wastegates rest midway between open and closed when the car is off. Should i tiguten these down simil as r to other wastegates with the half moon, three turn preload?

From what i have gathered the process is as follows.

1. Engine off, apply 6m vaccum to the wastegate.
2. While wastegate is held with 6m, check to ensure gate is fully closed. Adjust WG arm until gate is fully closed at 6m and arm is lined up.
3. Re attch arm and release vacuum.
Apply 6m vaccum and double check that gate is closed and has no wiggle.
4.done

Does this sound right for the n63?
