Niche M157 your thoughts
***ADDED Pictures of them on my car if you look down in post 12******
Hello guys, I am on a budget but looking for some 20" wheels for my 535I M-Sport (with H&R). Since my tire are mostly done I believe the timing is good to change the wheels now. I came into used but in good shape Niche M157 wheels 8.5 front ET35 and 10.5 rear ET35 and I would like to get your feedback if those would look right on my F10. The seller ask 600$USD which is very cheap for 6 month old wheels. For reference the wheels My car on winter wheels (summer wheels are currently stock M-Sport) Last edited by Jayphil; 03-26-2016 at 02:07 PM.. |

I am going to see / buy those this Friday if there are in perfect shape like the seller is saying.
I was afraid of the weight but I did a research and stock 19" msport wheels weight 32lbs and those 30-31 lbs (front-rear). Also My stock run flat weight 32lbs and the Michelin PSS only 23lbs... So finally I will save around 10lbs per corner which is a lot for unsprung weight. |

So I went ahead and bought them. They were looking like new except one front Wheel that had a slight curb damage but was repaired.
Can't wait to have them mounted. Still debating on the tire to buy but I will probably go with Continental Extreme contact DSW06 for there durability in 245/35/R20 & 285/30/R20 |

You are right the setup is like on the M car posted above flat in front (not fully flat but very low concavity) and deep concave in rear which increase the staggered look. The front is conservative with 8.5" in width and ET35 in offset so I might need a small spacer up front. I wish they were 9" but there are second hand so I took what was available. |

I finally ordered Continental ExtremeContact DSW06 and will get everything mounted on April 2nd since there is still snow up here.
I weighted the front wheels at 28lbs and rear at 28.5. The continentals weight 24lbs for the front and 27lbs for the rear. So for the rear I will shift from 64lbs to 52lbs per corner (12lbs saving each) and the front 64lbs to 55,5 (8,5 lbs saving each). Can't wait to see how this setup compare to OEM 19" in term of comfort and driving dynamics. |

I agree for the rear it can be too aggressive for some, I would have preferred probably around ET40 over ET35 for the 10.5" rear wheels. But overall I really enjoy the setup since I believe it suits my car very well. For the cleaning, the more spokes you have the longer it can takes for sure. But I guess that with this color (matte charcoal) they will require to be cleaned less often or at least dirt will be less noticeable. So far I must say that the ride quality seems to be better vs my OEM 18" winter or OEM 19" summer setups (both RFT). Road are terrible here at this time of the year and the tire are very smooth on uneven surfaces. |

My wheels are pretty aggressive too and I think it makes your rear end aggressive looking and yup...i spend more time cleaning too!
