Car feels faster

This is probably more wishfull thinking but I just hit 2000 miles on my 535i 6MT and the car feels faster then when I first got it. Maybe it's the 20 degree weather...

I noticed the same after 2000 miles, a big difference, much more responsive, and also the revs allowed it to go to redline, which it never did at full throttle before ± 2000 miles

Did you adhere to the BMW break in all the way or no? Just wondering if you did something a little different.

I don't know what the BMW recommended break in is so I can't really comment. What I can say is that I haven't really beat on the car yet. The car just all of a sudden felt much more responsive this week.
