The F10's already have the rings around the lights - that sets them apart from the other cars. If you do the LED strips they'll look like every other Audi/Mercedes wannabe out there.

Not sure I see the utility of them. It looks like it would be fairly easy to install, though, and the power draw is minimal. With the monitoring in the car's computer...not sure what it might do to the logic telling it about failed bulbs.
