Yeah, it's all part of the options sales drive. As you need nav, BT phone prep, BMW assist, and all the USB options (though 6FL now standard anyway I believe, certainly is in the UK). Will be a big draw for Apple fan-boys for sure.

Don't think anyone knows. Can't be a simple firmware update, or it wouldn't be a £130 option. Must be a bit more to it, or else any future firmware updates would add it for free.

My salesman is actively looking into this, but I'm inclined to agree with Titanflux. Seems odd a simple firmware update would get it's own announcement, option number, and price.

Hmmm.. I am glad I didn't wait for the March production updates as there are not much to wait for. And I am not planning to facebook when I drive

I confirmed the change to the order I placed last week, with my dealer today. Option 6NR mobile application preparation added to my build.

It turned out I was down for week 10 build anyway, and no change to it with adding this.

I won't be doing much facebook or twitter, but web radio is a real plus for me, and BMW plan to add a lot more.

The timing of my build week anyway makes me think BMW need to be publicising these changes properly as it looks like anything ordered now falls past week 9.
