Tune options and delimiter for 2012 f10 535i x drive?

Hey everyone, new to the community and decided to finally make an account. I own a 2012 f10 535i x drive sedan and love it, only minor things but me such as limiter being 130... Are there any tunes or places around NY/CT/NJ where i can get it removed? Also what are the best tunes currently for my car? I know JB4 stage 2 is highly recommended. Up for any input.

yea i scheduled an appointment for ACM bypass mod for exhaust, but now that i think of it 500 dollars seems too expensive for something my friend can do for about 60 which is just muffler delete.. but anyways do you know if he can delete the limiter?
