Just got home from the dealer..

Car is just so damn smooth, didnt get it on it all, maybe just a 2nd gear once.. power really kicked in at 4k. But didnt get crazy since its breaking in.

The car has Heated seats/Lighting package (lol im dumb..) tell you why later. And the side/rear curtains.

The dealership powerder coated my rims.. Looks good actually, may not even get rims now.. spend money elsewhere. at least at 1st.

It was late so the Sales manager didnt go over the car really with me.. Im really trying to figure out the difference between sport and sport +.
Cant wait to use the paddle shifters ..

So I ordered half my mods already one of them being the Side Fender Light covers, (painted also Jet black).. Not even realizing that the car doesnt even have lights, because the Lighting package has the lights on the side mirrors yikes.. But instead has a chrome piece over that area, which im diff going to paint.

My car does have the 704.. And to be honest.. the car is low!!.. and it doesnt feel low, even in sport mode. Every car ive owned Ive lowered this one honestly doesnt need it..

Cant wait to get my mods and start the adventure.

On tues I have coming in the mail front fender led covers that I had painted Jet black, that I have to sell, because my car doesnt have the damn light..

But .. I have Rear M performance P style rear trunk spoiler / Matte Black Grill.

On Wens Im driving 10mins to Burger tuning to meet with Terry for the tune.. I should have 300 miles on it by then.. lol.. Ill still continue babying it, but I just dont have much time off, so want to get it over with.

Thats it so far.

I want an exhaust so bad, but jesus.. they are soo damn expensive.. I mean Catbacks are 3k. Ive never owned a performance BMW before, just SVT cobra and a Shelby, both with full Basani exhausts that cost 2k Headers back..

Debating weather I should put some springs on it, I mean I like it that low.. But ive always had cars dropped.. big debate right now.

And the downpipes make the Turbos sound so damn sexxy, but im really nervous with those for warranty sakes. I mean if car blew up Id have them taken off 1st, but I dont want to get flagged while getting a oil change or something.

But the front and rear defuser by Vorsteiner is my very next mod. But I will have them painted Jet black, not into carbon fiber on Black, maybe if my car was white. And didnt like the trunk spoiler.. So I wont be getting that.

Any feedback or advice would be great, especially about exhaust.

Awesome car, congrats. I would do the reflectors at once as it changes the look of the car. Go for the m5 spoiler colormatched. Drop it on h&r springs, it will give you a great stance. I agree that exhausts are crazy expensive, maybe buy a used one (i did). Eisenmann race is my recommendation, or meistershaft. Enjoy ur new beast, let the modding begin!!

The Vorsteiner parts will look sick, but don't waste you money getting real ones. You honestly don't need to drop $2k for just a lip and diffuser. My guys @Empiremotorsports make replicas with almost perfect fitment, almost everyone says they can't tell the difference between the real one or their rep.

Also, if you don't want to do coils, definitely go with H&R like @SDF10 said, best deal for your money.

If you don't want to spend too much money, but want some proper noise, I recommend getting a muffler delete. ONly costs around $300-500, and it sounds wicked. Not obnoxiously loud, not too quiet, and very aggresive and throaty.

Ive had H&R springs on every car ive owned.

Since this car has so many electrics, I was nervous about changing springs.. compromise the car etc.. 704 suspension lowers it, but not as low as I would of liked.. Im going to sit on this for a while.

Ill look into that, But more than likely im going to go with a custom set up .. IM looking for a shop atm.

- painting chrome piece on fender black
- Changing grill
- painting rear and front reflectors.

And BTW. IM selling my fender light caps that, are painted jet black like the car.. because my car didnt even have the damn lights, and i placed the order already.
