You sure it's not the seatbelt? When a passenger leaves my car, the belt is almost always left in a half-twist so that the hardware his the B pillar.

Yeah, it's a pain but you have to move the passenger side seatbelt buckle so it's resting on the side bolster rather than hanging free otherwise it rattles.

My passenger seat rubs against the center console if it is in a certain position.
I have moved my seat slightly, or inflated the side bolsters to increase the clearance to the console. |

No seat rattle but I have a rattle only at certain speeds coming from behind my steering wheel in the steering column. When I've taken it in the last 2 times they haven't been able to replicate the noise which is annoying, as it only happens sometimes and over very bumpy roads at probably 50+mph... any ideas?
