When I look where my gauges are I see this little road, what is that? and how do I turn it on. I'v seen videos where people had it on while driving.

Between the gauges? That's the nav turn by turn.

Go into iDrive settings and find info display. Make sure navigation is checked.

Lane departure warning. Buttons should be just under the light switch. If the buttons are blank it means you don't have it.

You definitely have it if you get the lights. I don't have it so I don't get the lights (although I can see the impressions in bright sunlight)

I thought the first picture was for the active cruise control. Not sure though, I don't have that option.
