Today I...
Removed the idrive controller, took it apart and cleaned it because the controller knob would not respond when I wanted to select something on the menu. I put it all back together, plugged it in and it works. However, now it doesn't respond when I rotate the knob.

Center console removal to access idrive to take apart and clean. I did it to mine using this thread to get to it. Taking apart your idrive controller is on you at your own risk, but it can be done. http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...9&postcount=12 |
