M Performance Rear Diffuser - Paint or Not Paint?

still not feeling the painted look

i googled images on the m performance diffuser painted and it's alright. i mean it's your car and you should do whatever you want. i know you value people's opinions here as i do but so far the only painted diffuser that works on the F10 is the M5 diffuser

I like the Partial paint!

Looks inviting and aggressive, but not Passive. It says "hey, I'm here, you do you, I'll do me and we'll just see about the rest"! It says "attention to detail but this car is not me, its just an extension of me".

I had the rear defuser on my F11 painted Gloss Black but after seeing some of the one's painted white I prefer the all white look, weather I get it painted white is another question. But its very easy to do if your looking at a matt or satin finish

paint is the same AW 300 colour code. the shop I used is an approved BMW repair centre so they know the colour codes, but it is a bit brighter, but the car is dirty with a fresh painted part on it, so I expected some difference in brightness.

really pleased with the look though with the CF tail pipe trims.

That looks fantastic. The touch of black on the white diffuser really makes you notice it, and the white around the pipes makes them stand out. Very well done.

I want to get the M stripes on the front and rear bumpers.

and get the brake callipers painted white.

that's it I think. don't want to mess with suspension as car is still under warrenty and ok for me as it is at the moment.

I bought one of these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-5-Seri.../272266727217?

And had it sprayed all in gloss black and fitted by my local bodyshop for £40. They had slight difficulty spraying it due to being made out of fibre glass so they had to do it twice, but it is fitted on my white 535d and looks very well i think. It matches the gloss black wheels and the black M Perfomance Grille & M Peformance lower side stripes.
