Help with offset

Currently front wheels are 20" x 9" 33 offset with 3mm spacers. Now if I want to order custom wheel and no longer want to keep spacers in front but I want keep same track width, should the new wheel be 20" x 9" with 30 offset?

yes you need 30 offset if your using 3 mm spacers
