Turbo Inlet Pipe

I need help finding a turbo inlet pipe. I have searched all over the internet and the best I get is no ETA on shipping etc. I have already upgraded my intercooler, charge pipe, and air intake. I have a blow valve ready to be installed but wanted to tackle the turbo inlet pipe at the same time. Any suggestions?

Turbo Inlet

Also trying to find a decent down pipe that will not make it crazy loud. I wanted to do both before getting it tuned.

I'm running this one. Internal diameter was 2.036" compared to the factory plastic one that measured 1.88" or 1.83" if i remember correctly. Looking at logs, I cant say for certain that I can tell a difference.

Ok I'm looking for a turbo inlet pipe, this says intake pipe upgrade. I don't think that those are the same things. What do you think?

I have a blow valve that needs to be installed and since they have to go under the car to do that they mentioned getting the turbo inlet pipe. It has been hard as hell to find.

It has been almost impossible to find. I see intake pipes and charge pipes all over but a turbo inlet is completely different from those.

The one I linked above is the turbo inlet pipe. It goes from the air intake, into the turbo. It’s not under boost so it technically is part of the intake.

Stock with a drop in filter and an inlet will be fine in stock turbo.

Did the sound change at all? Or did you feel any gains?

I put the VRSF intercooler, and K&N cold air intake, and VRSF charge pipe. Those upgrades yes make a difference especially in sport + mode. I ordered the intake pipe listed above from ECS and also have a blow valve to go with that. After those I will get a downpipe and get it tuned.

Nope seems to sound and run the same. I just did them as supporting mods after I had already done a downpipe, chargepipe, FMIC, and stage 2+ mhd tune. The only thing I did notice is the wgdc% is lower which tells me they did help the turbo breath a little easier. Making 3rd gear pulls I used to regularly see wgdc% hit 95% now it stays closer to 87-88% at its peak.

That’s great information. I guess if someone was to go aftermarket turbo then an intake would be a priority.

Now if they only made Silicon hose kits for our engines, would be so awesome I would buy it instantly, for this thread, There are so few companies that make piping, all do pretty much the same, ECS Tuning does make a good kit that is on my sights, anyone with a video or photos of the plumbing would really make this even better to read for all those to see.

I have the one from ECS also. I didn’t notice much of difference in sound, throttle response, etc. then again the only other modification I have is a charge pipe, nothing crazy.
