Eurocharged tuning?

Has anyone tried Eurocharged for an ECU tune? I know Jerry and the guys at Eurocharged work wonders with MB engines, and they tune BMW as well, but I haven't seen anyone here with their tune.

They tuned my 2004 E55 and with only LT headers it put down 450hp/500tq at the wheels. Also, great customer service. We might be able to get special pricing if we had 5-10 guys interested. I think they tune 535i as well as 550i.

Sounds good. Last I talked to Jerry, they had picked up 82hp at the wheels on a 550i F10. He's also working on being able to do the tune remotely, which is very convenient.

What type of pricing would get 5-10 people interested in a Eurocharged tune? They can do 535i and 550i. He said he would give us special pricing, so let me know and I'll get back to him.

Thanks, I saw that page, was just a lil confused because it references the E60/61. I'll give them a call this week.

Yea, I was too, but it does say its for 2011+. Just saw you're in Houston. Talk about convenient, they're based out of Houston. Make sure and tell Jerry you saw something posted by me on the message board. Let us know what he says.

So far I've got the following list. Once I have 5-10 names I will talk to Jerry about pricing. What prices would y'all be interested at for the 535 and 550?

If the gains are what they claim for the N55 then we should try and get a discount off the stated price of $599.99. 10% to 15% depending on the number of people interested.

Sounds good. Feel free to spread the word about a special price. Also, he can tune remotely, so no need to send your ECU to him.

Negotiate a Buy 10; Get one Free deal, and put me down in the 11 spot.

If he can get 360+ HP for around $500, I'm in.

Will this be compatible with stage 1 JB? If they can tune remotely I am very interested!

Honestly I don't know the answer to this one. Since I'm new to BMW, I'm not familiar with Stage 1 JB.

I'd be interested if it's comparable to JB Stage 2 (2012 535). My only concern with this tune is that it sounds like no one has tried it yet? If it's noticeable difference and it's as good as the other tunes, I'm in.

I called them up and talked to Jerry who's one of the owners, said they get ~50whp on the 535 N55 tune. I only have the JB stage 1 and thats significantly above the whp numbers I get (I dynoed my car before and after). I dont know what the JB stage 2 tune gains are. He's definitely open to a group buy. The current price for the N55 tune is $599.99, rough numbers he threw out were $475 with 5 people and $430 with 10 people, again these are numbers he threw out in conversation and are non-binding.
I'm definitely interested in try this ECU tune out complete with pre and post dyno pulls. One important thing to note is that for the N55 remote tuning right now they can only loan you the hardware so they'll ship it to you and you'll have to mail it back after you flash your car. Not sure on the timeline for them having one you can just buy outright like they have for the N63.
