Fitting an aerial splitter

Fitting a dab unit to a 530d GT
Any ideas where I might find the tuner end of the aerial cable ?
And how to access it ?

Dab pure highway, input signal via aux socket.
Got aerial stuck to rear screen, looks naf but works well enuf for me.
Better signal with aerial under the glass roof, but how to get the wire there without upsetting the side bags, dealer quoted £500 for fitting the lead
