Option S230A ?
I've been looking at the build options list for my 535i and it includes S230A, which is shown as "Extra Package, EU Specific, low-slung sports suspension". Does anyone know what this means exactly? Is it the standard European suspension, the M Sport suspension, or something else?
Sorry if this has been asked b4, I searched the forum but couldn't find anything that made it clear. Thx. |

sounds like the passive msport suspensions to me. In the the UK (at least) if you specify a msport model and no additional fancy suspension gear, this is what you get. Ride height I belive is 10mm lower as well compare to SE.
best to check with BMW I'd have through to be 100% sure. |

230 is sport suspension, not M-sport suspension, which is 704.

Thanks guys, they include the Sport Auto Tx & Sport Steerting Wheel as standard on a 535 here, so different suspension as part of the package makes a degree of sense
