2013 BMW 535xi MSport Fully Loaded
Hey guys, I’m selling my 2013 BMW 535i xDrive M-Sport Edition with 59k miles. I’ve bought this car on 08/07/2016 from a dealer (previous lease return). The reason why I am selling this car is because I need a bigger car for my family; possibly looking into an X5(M). I’ve done a few modifications to car (listed below) but I have all the OEM parts. This car was always protected from the elements in my garage within a gated community. The car has always been hand washed & detailed at home with Chemical Guys equipment. Vehicle Specification (MSRP when new $69,170.00): - 2013 BMW 535i Sedan (3.0 Inline 6 w/ TwinPower Turbo) - Titanium Silver Metallic - Black Dakota Leather - Driving dynamics Control with ECO PRO and SPORT+ Mode - XDrive all-wheel drive system - Xenon Adaptive Headlights with dynamic auto leveling, LED Corona headlight rings and cornering lights; fog lights - Split fold down rear seats - Power front seats with 4-way lumbar support and memory - Dynamic cruise control Options/Packages - Cold Weather Package (heated steering wheel, heated front and rear seats and retractable headlight washers) - Driver Assistance Package (rear view camera, park distance control, active blind spot detection, side and top view cameras) - M Sport Package (19” alloy double spoke wheels, anthracite wood trim, M steering wheel, aerodynamic kit, Shadowline exterior trim and anthracite headliner) - Premium Package (power tailgate, comfort access keyless entry) - Technology Package (navigation system, head up display, smartphone integration, BMW apps and real time traffic information - Sport automation transmission - Soft close automatic doors - Premium Hi-Fi System Services Done at BMW of Fife: - Rear Brake Pads & Rotor (9/1/2016 at 46,924 miles) - Oil Pan Gasket, Oil Change, Oil Filter, Brake Fluid Service & Air Filters (3/11/2017 at 53,123 miles) Other Services: - New Tires Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ (5/15/2017 at 56,074 miles with 45k mile warranty) Modifications (a little over $2.5k): - 20% Tint (Lifetime warranty with Auto Tint Northwest) - M5 Style grill with M colors (have OEM grills) - Spacers (10mm Fronts & 18mm Rears) - Painted Front, Side and Rear Reflectors (Purchased from IND-Distruction/ JBSpeed) - High Kick spoiler (Purchased from JBSpeed) - CF Vinyl the door handle trim - V Style Front Lip + Wrap - CF Diffuser - DMT Style - M5 Mufflers - Painted OEM 351 rims *** Note this car has a transferable warranty from MAP. The warranty is good for 100k miles or until 12/27/2020. This is the premium coverage so it covers everything expect regular ware items. Also with a lowed deductible of $50. If you would like to transfer this warranty, please let me know as this is currently not in the asking price. Nicely optioned example. Consider including that transferrable warranty in your asking price if you want to increase sale potential.

Yes, I was kidding haha. M5s are nice - I checked out one at a local dealer a couple days ago. They said they put $20,000 worth of Vorsteiner carbon fiber parts on it. All I saw was a diffuser, splitter, and interior trim in CF. Oh well, anything to try and fool someone into a sale

Lowering the price.
Also if you don't want the extra stuff on the car, let me know and I can take them off or revert to stock. Then after the car is sold, I'll sell those items. |

Friday bump... have had some people message me no one has finalized yet.
Also, if you don't want some of the modifications, I can always remove them and return to stock to lower the sale price. |

Wednesday bump. Might wait a week or two and just trade it in and take the loss but rather sell to someone that appreciates real driving machines.
