11 550 xdrive loud as hell

This car is a Copart build. So to this point Arm front facing, arm charge pipes, vrsf cat less down pipes, 2x turbo smart diverter valves, and the Megan supremo exhaust to try and quiet it down. But cold start wakes the dead, and if I want to get frisky wot it just screams. It does have the resonators past the down pipes but it’s unclear if they’ve been gutted and I see weld marks like they may have been changed or whatever. Any ideas

Just install quieter exhaust parts

If you install louder exhaust parts, the car is going to be louder, I thought this much was obvious.

I added the mufflers it brought it down some but as you build up to WOT it has this nasty rasp. Only thing left would be to replace the middle set of resonators to bring the sound level down

Then it sounds like you know what to do.

Or install the OEM mufflers.

I am curious, what brand are the smart diverter valves?? I found ones out of Australia, but they don't fit the N63, only the S63.

They are turbo smart. But I’ll be honest, I don’t hear a damn thing from them.

If they're plumbback, you're not supposed to. If you do, something's broken.

That said, the one that people use for N63's fit, but Turbosmart also specifically states on their website they're not for N63/S63 applications, and instead are for N55's

Found one issue, no boost. Seems my car has a monster leak somewhere, and during a logging session its creating little to no boost at all. So, got to solve that problem now..
