2015 528i spark plugs change

I'm stuck at trying to remove the plenum to uncover the plugs. I've watched a several videos on how to remove the plenum without damage but for some reason my set up looks entirely different than ever video. I don't have the vacuum seals on the left side to detach so that I can lift up the plenum and slide it out. On the right side there is this plastic housing that is securing it with no clips or nuts or screws. It's requiring a significant amount of force to move which leads me to think there is something else in missing. Has anyone else had this issue?

the plastic engine cover pulls up, just tug at it and be wary of vacuum lines on the left underneath (passenger side)

It should just lift right up. add some force into it but make sure theirs no vacuum lines in the way when doing so, you dont want another problem on your hands when doing a simple spark plug change..
