Question Engine Coolant too low on F10 2010

I have a 2010 model 520d F10. The car hasn't been driven for a long time and today I was checking it to make sure that everything is fine.
And what i found is that the coolant level in the reservoir has fallen well below the min sign. I can't even see any liquid in it. So I want to refill it but i don't know what is the recommended coolant for this car.

Can someone please advise me what type and quantity of coolant shall I buy?

Edit 13/11/2020. I should also add that the reason I started checking things was because the heaters & demister would NOT stay on i.e when I start them they start blowing air but after just a minute or so they automatically stop working even though the lights on the display stayed ON.

Coolant doesn't just disappear so if it's low, something is slowly leaking. For now, just add distilled water to fill it up and keep an eye on it.

Genuine BMW coolant.

This is strongly preferred. If you simply can't get it then G-48 is probably the closest.

I check my coolant level once a week and fill to max mark. It really "drink" up a little for my 520d.

Something's broken then. It's absolutely not normal and is quite worrying.

Get the EGR cooler checked. Its a common problem on N47 and N57 diesels.
Also you can check with dealer if yours is not under recall.

I am unable to find it our local BMW website. Do you know the part number for the coolant so that can look for it?

Based on https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...n/82141467704/

It seems like it would be 82-14-1-467-704
