I have 10 months left on my lease but I've found someone close to me who is selling a M5. I really want to take over that car and turn mine in early. The only thing is that I have put $5000 MSD with BMW. Is there a way to get my MSD transferred over to the new car?

You can call and ask but chances are no. The MSD is there for a reason and BMW doesn't want early terminations. You gotta pay to play.
