Good to hear! I see them online now. 329+399 for front and rear... I'll probably end up going with the m5/650 bars when I decide to pull the trigger. Let us know how the bars work out for you.

Eddie, good to hear the advise from your tech.

i've not had a chance to mount them yet, but i should have it done this week. i'll update.

if anyone wants to get an m5/650 set. contact @Empiremotorsports he is selling a used set for $300. i was talking to him before and i was gonna drive up to buy them/have them mounted... but i cleared my PM's and couldnt find his post/remember his user name. i just found it now, and im guessing they are still for sale.

this is a good buy, i could have bought and mounted these for the price i paid tischer for the parts alone.

Anyone have them yet?!?!

Would love to hear how they feel compared to stock or the 550i/M5 sways. I have a feeling they may be a bit too thick for their own good.

That's the setup I am currently running. Great. Tightens up things a lot. Wish the H&R's were avail earlier tho.

Yogi, anxious to hear your report. I'm in Seattle, and will defiantly be doing sway bars, just unsure which option.

Interested in local source on the H&Rs, and possible comparisons.

I'm out of town for a week or more, but would like a ride after you upgrade.

Are you still on run flats?

couldnt get them because the adaptive suspension doesnt support those sway bars. there is a hydraulic pump of sorts in the middle of each sway bar to adjust the damping.

also, my car is on 21" wheels and lowered on h&r springs now, but still rides pretty good and pretty damn close to factory.

I have the M5 competition front sway on my 2014 535i MSport. Fits just fine.

Hi folks. Does anyone have the H&R sways installed on your F10? I have M-sport 535i and would like to know how much improvement they give in terms of body roll, handling, etc., compared to the stock sways.
TIA

is the rear that hard to do as a shop quoted me $500 because they have to drop something in order to get it in i'm thinking about just dropping a strut brace up front and call it a day!

You don't have to drop anything. Just remove rear rubber grommets which holds exhaust, than you can maneuver rear sway bar out. Max 45 min job.

Has anyone had experience on this if it'd be something that is doable to replace FSB and RSB on a ramp or on a jack? A shop quoted 2hr labor for $260

The rear apparently is a piece of cake and can done as the car sits. The front should be done with the tires under load (on ramps, not jack stands). If attempting to replace on jack stands without load on the front suspension, getting the end links to line up and attach to the sway bar is challenging. Here is a link that you can refer to http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=673974 Front replacement should take an hour or so, the rear 30 minutes tops. You will need some tools that you may or may not have. IIRC, you need external torx sockets for the install. They aren't expensive, but not extremely common.

M5 front sway does not fit perfectly. M5 sway has different angle end links, meaning the ends on sway bar are straight coming up while on 535i sway bar ends are point inward to each other thus puts PRE stress on link joint. I was the one who discovered the problem. There is a thread about it on bimmerfest forum or here.

Front does, people are just concerned at the difference in the angle at which the very of the front bar sits(between M5 and non M front sways).

M5 rear is no go for non M car(pretty sure most people know this now lol).

So at this point still only 2 guys have ever ran the H&Rs...and neither has been able to write a detailed comparison due to not having tried both setups I believe.

By any chance any of you guys have an H&R front laying around? I got my hands on a rear. I have M5 CP front and 650i rear sitting here as well.
