PCV issue and new valve cover/ gasket for $99. Impressed
Ok so typically I dont cheap out but I was in a time crunch so i figured WTH.. I watched a few Valve cover replacements on YouTube and one guy used an amazon replacement. So I looked it up and found the same one. A lot of great reviews albeit a few negative ones as always but I figured for next day shipping I’m down. So it was ordered and I started the tear down. I have only replaced the charge pipe on this car thus far and this was my first real dig into the top end. I removed a bit more than most have along the firewall which made install flawless. I will say looking at the new valve cover it is a great build and the gaskets are nice. Its pretty straightforward install but for $99 bud im very impressed overall. So far i only have 300 ish miles on it since the install but im pretty happy. Ill certainly report back once i get higher on the mileage.

Same here, if only the aluminum covers were better rated as I would consider that option as well.
