Not with the tips. Tips are about 110-120 each from BMW

Yes. They can be purchased for less than $1,200 with tips, shipped, and all brackets. Brand new.

I just tested the black tip from my stock exhaust on the MPE and they do fit. I didn't push them all the way in because I didn't want to scratch anything and it's also pain to remove.
Might not have as much adjustment as the set screw tips but you might be able to make it look good.
