Does anyone have the above and if so, how good is the active cruise control with stop and go?

I have it on mine. To sum it up: first class. Makes long motorway journeys bearable. Great in the traffic jam with auto steer (under 25mph). It's so good that I have decided that I will have it again on my next car. The collision mitigation has saved my neck a few times too(other drivers' or pedestrians fault!).

Thanks, really glad I ordered it for my new 640i and can't wait to try it out when I take delivery in a few weeks time.

You can increase the 25mph to 37mph via coding...

It looks pretty good combined with the HUD.
