I can deal with most of it but the spiders are absolutely horrifying. How often do you run into one of these suckers?

The big spider near the curtain looks like a Huntsman; they're big & scary looking but not poisonous tho' they can give you a bite. I just trap them in a plastic container & take them outside & put them on a tree - they eat insects mostly; quite harmless. The funnel web spider tho' can be deadly but we have an anti-venene for it & they only live in certain areas. I live in Sydney & used to live in a part of Sydney where they were common as rats. The entire hillside of our garden was riddled with their little lairs & they occasionally came into the house as well - we killed them if they did that. Still we all figured that if we got bitten by one of them we had plenty of time to even crawl up the street to the nearest hospital (which just happened to be the place where the anti-venene was actually developed :-) ). At least we don't have any large carnivores in this country like wolves, bears or large felines.

Ha! I think I'd rather have the grizzly and black bears, coyotes and lynx I've seen in my neighborhood over the critters you're dealing with.

Newbie here too - still getting used to my new 2012 535i xDrive. Loving it so far.

Damn! lol I could never even bring myself to visit hah. "riddled with their little lairs" <--- makes me panic thinking about this.
