My M3 is wrapped in 3M satin pearl white. So far its holding off pretty well. The only issues with the wrap is if there are stains and it gets baked on its really hard remove.

I was thinking of wrapping my car but it's too damn hot in the summer the sun just destroys shit. My company vehicle was wrapped in 2011 and its gets washed once a week and is not totally ignored and it's faded and cracking already. Meanwhile the painted portions still look great, so I won't even consider it anymore.

That's very odd. Wraps can last 5-7 years and it can also depend on the film brand and type
