Hmm, 8pm CET is like 0300hrs here in Singapore. =(

Will be in deep sleep during the launch then.

As for 400K bytes of data, its most probably because BMW wouldn't want the launch to crash with so many people streaming into the channel. Perhaps a higher resolution video will be uploaded into their Web-TV later on. =)

nope, that's the regular BMW streaming bandwidth as they have it for years now when they stream something to the web.

Really too bad they don't do it better...


But Audi also went back from former 6MBit webTV to some 2MBit now afaik...

Haven't been this excited for automobile launch for years. Last minute gripe, why can't BMW Live Stream in HD? People don't want to look for design detail in such low def quality IMHO.
