cant go wrong with RFTs I remember hitting a pothole in PA it ripped the tire and I still had 300 miles to go to get home and I made it safely

Let us know if you decided to buy, and if you don't mind, what price you paid. I'm in the market for something very similar on the east coast, and I'd like some pricing info to level set my expectations.

Right now it's between an S4 and a 550i Xdrive for me. Both run about $35-40k in the trim I'm looking for. I like the 550i more, but all the posts about early MY engine/injector/vibration issues have me really worried. Most anything I buy would not have a warranty at that point. I would buy something newer, but I'm having devil of a time finding a single 2012+ with Adaptive Roll Stabilization (code 229), and that's a must have for me.

I had a e92 335 with similar mods and moved to a 535i Xdrive. I think you will enjoy the 550. From the posts ive read the 550 is an animal. However on the contrary if you are looking for the same aftermarket "market" as the e92 you may be a tad disappointed. All around I can say I dont regret the move but I should have got the 550.

hey guys i made the jump from my e92 i brought the dealer down on the price my car price was 35500 and with taxes it came close to 38000$ i will be sharing picktures later today once i take some, im very happy with the buy !! i cant be more happier with the purchase, it does killgas but the ride is worth it , anyone have any recoomendations what to do and like maintence i have 37xxx miles
