5 GT whistle from vents

I got 5 30xd GT for about a year now and observed that it makes scratchy whistle from vents below freezing. Dealer upgraded software. It helped a bit, but not much. I assume it is different steering for the vents and blowers with new software. Anybody experiencing the same on GT (I have seen similair on regular 5), having solutions? Should software upgrade help?

Haven't noticed this...are you running the system on Auto, or manual? Does it help if you lower the fan speed?

On both, auto and manual, speed makes it different, but does not make it go away. Everything happens below 0 celcius. Service resintalled the software what helped a bit, if the sound is on after a minute it goes off, so it is like change of the steering of the blower or internal vents I believe. I better now but still not nice if you look for quite inside. Any toughts?

I turned down the rear one, no help...whistle still there. Talked to service, they will probably be looking at replacing the system.
