What be the diff between regular Sport and M Sport. And WTF is the sleeper look?

OP, 2011's came with a sport package, which included standard front and rear bumpers, but included 19" sport wheels.
From 2012 on, pre facelift "sport cars" are M Sport

Here's my 2011 535 Sport 6MT. There were 3 trim levels that model year:
Base
Sport Package
M Sport Package

These were the 19" wheels that came with the Sport Package.

They killed the Sport Package in 2012.
