60 to governed pull

Got a opportunity to have a good place to do a 60 to governed pull. Problem is the car does not have "high speed synchronization". Not happy about it but here is the video.

Basically is it a BMW build option (840) to have the speed limit raised to 155 mpg with M sport trans.

I believe most tunes remove the top end limiter
