Same with me. The car remembers what temperature settings I had and which air vent I wanted the air to come out from, as well as if I was using the air conditioning system or not. It just replicates my options from when I drove the car last.

Any other novel uses for the memory buttons?
Apart from the usual (home address and phone numbers) I am using one to bring up the TPMS screen, and another for the Sports Dials. I like the idea of bringing up the Tone/Equalizer and turning navigation voice on and off.

same here. I use 1 and 8, the ends, as most important since they're easiest to get to without looking. I usually do wife's phone and home address, respectively. I rarely use #1 though, oddly enough. Instead, Siri calls her for me when I actually call (who talks on the phone anymore ) lol. Damn, you made me re-evaluate my buttons!

Profiles would be a good one for me if it can be done, as I drive my wife's car often and her habits (not locking the door I think is the usual cause) tend to lead to the memory on my key getting mixed up far too often. |

2. Split screen (get it? 2 for two screens?) 3. Bass (easy to adjust low end 4. Sport displays 5. Route information 6. Lighting (turn off DRL when idling to keep people from telling me lights are on) 7. Messages for emails, texts, service messages. 8. My wife's profile and seat settings. Now, my wife's buttons are the same except #8 calls up my profile and seat settings. This puts it back. |
