Ah, thanks for the clarification. From everything I've read, the 2011-2013 V8 (N63) engine that they did the CCP on was the engine to stay away from, and also what I thought you had. Wow, a 2014 acting like that is not something I've read before.
Good luck, but I hope you can get them to declare it a lemon and make things right for you. |

Damn that sucks man I have 2013 550i 25k miles no issues yet currently in process of getting warranty extended. This shit is scary even with warranty its making me think now should I just sale the car or drive and pray.

Finally received a reply from the dealership today. Car has been in the shop for 9 days this time. The car has now officially been in the shop more than 30 days, so if they don't fix it this time I will likely lemon the car. I just don't have the time to go back and forth trying to fix this - not to mention being without the car I am actively paying for..
They had to run a logging session on the engine's DME and submit to BMWNA corporate to find out what was happening since no codes were being thrown. The good thing is that the dealer was absolutely able to reproduce the issue and log the issues. They found a ton of errors from the MAP sensors so replaced some sensors and parts. I don't have the specifics yet on what was replaced but will find out soon and report back.
