No not yet. That's the last thing left but now I'm worried about fitment. Do you think I will rub if I throw on the acs springs with the 20 inch wheels ?

No. You'll be fine. ACS is a very mild drop.

Can you post some side shots of the black rims on stock suspension? Looks clean. Also what are the specs on the rims/tires?

where did you get the front lip? how is the fitment? drop with either HnR or ACS spring, it would not rub as long as you have the right size of the tires and offset.

ACS springs are now on my list of future mods! I would love to decrease the body roll as it is horrible in this car! I was thinking of doing the bms wheel spacers 10 mm in the front 12mm in the back ?
If you want to decrease body roll you need to change the sway bars. The springs doesn't really make a huge difference in body roll...

I did springs first (Eibach) and love the ride quality and drop on them.

But the car still rolled in corners and steering felt disconnected. Put on a M5 Competition Pack front sway bar and a M550d rear sway bar (same as 650i). That mod totally transformed the handling and the car now corners flat and steering feel in spirited driving is much better. I know actually get some feedback and can feel the front tires loading up through the steering wheel.

BTW. Why was that 2010 528i the worst decision ever?

+1 on the sway bars. I believe Turnermotorsports carries front and rear. They even carry the upper front stress bar I was thinking about getting.

I took your advice and put on the m5 competition package front sway bar and what a difference! Any word on a part number for the rear? I can feel a difference already lane changing at high speeds! All that is left is the rear sway bar then some springs and spacers. Worried about correctly measuring the spacers though. The 528i i had was right before the f10 came out so i got outdated pretty fast and the lack of power was horrible.

I got the fornt lip from a buddy. It needed just bit of work to fit properly and its a 3d style front lip for the non m sport i believe.

Thank you! I think the wheels where 20 x 10.5 in the rear and 20 x 8.5 in the front with 275s in the rear and 245s in the front i believe. I might be mistaken though i will double check as if forgot already haha.

M550d/650i rear sway bar is # 33556791932

You also need two rubber bushings # 33556788630 (x2)

Do you think the rear is worth it? I hear mixed reviews.

I did mine at the same time so I can't really say how big the difference would be. But there is a reason they choose to use stiffer sway bars both front and rear.

I really love how planted my car feels after the upgrade, but if I could feel a noticeable difference without doing the rear bar I don't really know. But IMO it seems logical to do the upgrade both front and rear in order to keep the handling more predictable on the limit (oversteer/understeer characteristics when driving on the edge).
