Downpipe 530D

New to exhaust setups and in search for a downpipe.
I installed the Meisterschaft Mufflers, but not much sound diff I guess since my car is a 530D.

After installing it, what do I have to do to get rid of codes?

Also, what are all of this holes for?
There's one with two long thin tubes, all others just have one or none..
How many sensors goes in? I've just heard about o2 sensors upstream and downstream, and something about a spacer on the downstream one for the check engine light.
