Possible Water Pump/Coolant Pump Breakage?

Wanting input on series of events that occurred this morning with my f10 535i during a 15 minute drive. The times below are relative to complete failure/pulling over:

T-5 minutes: Notice ac/heater completely shut off, only blowing cold air
T-1 minute: Engine hot warning (looked at temperature, 25-50 than 250 F)
T-0 minutes: Engine hot warning, no throttle response/minimal throttle (250F)

Ran codes once pulled over safely and attached a photo below. Did some research and am guessing the water pump needs to be replaced, but am not sure if that is the only problem or if anything else is also broken.
