Lease Transfer - 2013 535 xDrive.
Original MSRP: $71,200 Mileage: 13xxx Lease Payment: $410 plus tax Down Payment Required: $2500 I need $2500 to get out of the lease. In return, you get an F10 with a $410+tax payment for almost 2 years. Look at any other lease assumption and do the math on what you will spend over that period. This is the best deal going. Original Lease Term: 36 Months Remaining Lease Term: 21 Months Original Mileage Allowance: 30,000 Residual: 61% This is a 2013, low-mileage M-Sport 535 xDrive with a lease payment at $410 plus tax. The car includes the following packages:
Body is flawless. There is a little minor windshield pitting and a few minor rock chips from a winter in Colorado. 90% of this car's mileage has been to and from the airport in 90 mile chunks. It has had two oil changes and just got its first scheduled maintenance at Murray BMW in Denver. If you want to assume a great F10 lease on a perfectly outfitted car and are willing to consider the down payment seriously, this is your car.

Nope, people do it all the time. You can return the car to any BMW dealer at the end of the lease.

Update - at some point during the summer I took a stone in an unfortunate location in the windshield, and the crack spread. So, about 2 months ago I had the windshield replaced with an OEM BMW windshield. At this point the windshield is essentially new.
(In the OP I'd been using copy from a previous version of this post that mentioned the windshield pitting, is why I mention.)

Hi There!
Do you have a staggered set up, or are all 4 wheels/ tires the same? I was told for the cxDrive... all four wheels must be the same size.... Curious to find out...

The thing you need with AWD is for all four wheels to have the same rolling radius - if they don't, the AWD system senses one axle turning at a different rate than the other, thinks that one axle is slipping, and takes action that you don't want it to take. It's possible to have wheels with differing widths, but that "look" the same size to the AWD system. I suppose you could even have different wheel diameters as long as you accounted for the difference with the tire size.

Team,
Rather unexpectedly, I've run into an opportunity to purchase a car I've wanted for a long time from a friend moving out of country. I am therefore offering this car for lease transfer once again. Sorry for the bouncing ball. Please contact me if we were in a conversation before about the car and you are still interested. No change to terms and the mileage has increased only trivially in the last few weeks.

I believe the transfer fee from BMW is $500, but check me on that.
Tax treatment is a little different in every state. Here in Colorado, it's 6.25% on top of every lease payment. I'm not sure what the situation is inn Virginia.

The down payment I put into the lease was a lot more than I'm asking to get out of it.
