Also quick question

When shifting into reverse I\'m used to having both mirrors adjust downwards since driving Lexus for 7 years. My left side mirror does not adjust is this normal or should I get that checked out

Yeah, it's normal. Only the right side mirror tilts downwards.

Joe, I feel ya on that one. I miss that about my Lexus too... and the size of the Lexus mirrors... they were so big compared to the Bimmer.

This is normal, but there is a workaround.

Set seat memory 1 to your normal seat settings.

Set seat memory 2 to your normal seat settings, but point both side view mirrors all the way down as you would for reverse before saving.

Now, be sure reversing mirror is disabled (you won't need it).

Next, press memory button 2 when you need mirrors down whilst reversing and press button 1 to put it back when going forward again.

In the alternative, leave reversing mirror enabled and just set the left mirror down on seat memory 2. This way the right mirror will go down automatically and you can hit button 2 anytime u need extra support.
