Tried to, they all can pop out very easily, but I forgot my front lip sticks in front of the grilles, so I can entirely pop them out. Any idea how i can paint them on the car?

I would mask the front end off as well as everything inside and can either use plasti-dip or just black spray paint with either a matte or high glossifier.
