M Sport Performance Exhaust

I have been thinking about upgrading to a M Sport Performance exhaust. Anyone who has it already installed that can give me an advice?

Various web sites with OEM parts including BMW dealer sites quote about $1300-$1600.

Do you think its worth it? I enjoy the quietness of my car but I want to hear better sounds when I hit the pedal.

How many labor hours should I be charged to get it installed? Thanks.

Exactly what I was looking for (a little sound)!

I wanted that throaty V8 sound ... so I replaced my stock 550 mufflers with the ones from the M5 ... total cost including installation was $950, and it's exactly what I was looking for. I thought about getting the M Performance exhaust for the 535 when I was driving that ... but never did, so unfortunately can't tell you any reviews on that product.

Unfortunately the M5 mufflers will not work on the 535.

The M performance exhaust is a waste of money. No difference in sound from the stock exhaust.

No idea what it sounds like in real life, but perhaps this'll help.

Probably better to hear it "live" though.

Not worth the money. Don't waste your time. There are a few exhaust that are better.

That is such a BS. Maybe not worth $1200 hundred but sound is 10 times better than stock.

Look for the used one. I paid $700.00 for mine and it was on somebody’s car for one week. I agree is not worth paying $1300-1500 hundred for the sound only. JMO

Thanks for the videos. These are all exhaust sounds outside of vehicle but nothing interesting from inside.

In sports mode, the exhaust definitely sounds great. But in comfort mode, there is drone in low rpm range.
