Yes to both!
Staggered + XDrive is doable as long as you keep the F|R wheel/tire rolling diameters within a certain % of variance. I believe BMW was actually the first manufacture to offer staggered + AWD options from the factory.

Yes you can do staggered wheels and tires, but I don't think there's any coilovers for the xDrive F10.
