Any experiencing super low idle in 550i?

Hey guys,

Recently replaced my spark plugs, all the spark plug hinge-coupling things, and the fuel rails.

First thing I noticed is how low the thing idles when in drive at normal operating temp. Is ~525RPM normal? There's no rattle, shake, or anything. It just seems so low though. When I let off of the brakes, the thing barely has enough power to move forward on it's own, for whatever reason. Performance is otherwise unhindered.

Let me know your thoughts, here's a quick vid for reference (yes I know I couldn't have chosen a worse website to post my video to, I'm sorry for that).

Kind of low... I usually hover in-between 700 and 1000 rpm.. confirmed with the Torque app and Bluetooth obd2 connector.. I am on JB Stage 1 though so I don't know if that matters any...

525 rpm at idle seems low to me as well.

With AC button on, car idles 650 ish. Fully warm, without AC on, it idles 500 ish. Really has a lump sound to the exhaust.
