Hi all. I've painted my door handles, side markers, mirror housing,lower grills color match with my car and my brothers 335i chrome grills into high gloss black.

I'll show the pieces once I wet sand them and compound.


It's super shiny and smooth even without the wet sand yet. I Used a two part high gloss clear coat mixed in a high compressor paint gun. Came out like the pros!

All done! Looks so much cleaner without the chrome.
Can't wait to learn how to paint with the air compressor. Only using it for my two part clear coat.

Next project. Color matching mud guards
