Your opinions on the 535 liveability over time (coming from an e90, Pana)

So I was hoping the 5post group could me help me out a bit. I have test driven a 535xi, and its a phenomenal car...and I am thinking of purchasing one. However, it is hard to tell how the 535xi will feel over a year or two from a 20 minute test drive. Hence my post here.

I am coming from a 335xi 6mt (gone) and currently a Panamera 4 in the house. The Panamera is a very sharp car, steering is spot on, PDK and engine are butter smooth. In fact the PDK makes this car. The only downside is that the Panamera can be a bit too engaging for a long drive (2 hours +) - its very involved. And the car is also light for its size so it feels adequately powered. I was hoping the 535xi would have similar characteristics for occasional (2 x week bursts of speed/performance). Thoughts?

What do you guys think the balance between sport v. comfort is in the 535? Is it still sports car enough for the occasional weekend blast around some twisties (coming from a 3 series/Pan)? Beyond that, I look for it to comfy, have a nice sound system, nice seats etc. Have you guys been happy with your 535's balance of sport v. handling over the past year?

Would you opt for another vehicle if you had the chance?

Thx

Garage List
It's gonna be more comfort than sport. The seats are one of the best seats out there. It
s not really a sporty car compared to an E90 or Panamera. However, it's very refined and polished... given the right options it can be sporty.

"the Panamera can be a bit too engaging for long drives - it is too involved" - I'm not sure what you mean by that?

Actually I wanted to get a Panamera but the waiting time was 10 months so I went F10.... I plan to get the next generation Panamera though. Awesome car!
