Hey Folks here,

Just wonder does anybody have the tuning box from BMS for 14 550 now ?

How is the performance improvement?

Hey Scott,
Thanks for reply. Did you install it already? Does it pull really harder than stock?

Yes, ordered mine yesterday, but it takes 8 to 10 days from State to Ontario.
Patience is what I needed now.

Good to know, so you still have it on your car now?
Is there any issue with it so far?

Is there any issue so far? Some folks on f30 post reported for drivetrain malfunction.
Also, is there any 0 to 60 accelaration improvement?

You got launch control in your 14, my 13 650 does now have it probably.

BTW, the stock ones runs at 4.7 sec? WOW this is a huge improvement. Impressive.

Nice run Bro, I have ordered mine.

Its a drivers race. Same car same transmission similar weight.
If its a 2014 550xi vs a 2013 650 then the 550xi will win because its the N63TU enginen. aKA more power!

Its a simple install. 30 seconds. Leave it or remove it for service. Haven't had it that long. I will most likely just leave it.

Ok guys so I am new here, but I've been scouring the posts for HP/TQ gains for the BMS stage 1 for N63tu. I know there are dyno charts posted, but from what I can see, there is not a STOCK 2014 550i v. Stage 1 BMS 2014 550i (without downpipes!) comparison. Since it sounds like stage 2 is coming out soon for the N63, is there any chance of a stage 2 coming out for the N63tu in the near future?

Don't think so. Terry already said that the TU stage 1 was already making the power he wants it to. Doing stage two on this car will be more complicated with the dual ECUs
